John Gruber writes and publishes Daring Fireball, a somewhat popular, strongly opinionated weblog for Mac, web, and user interface design nerds. He has been producing Daring Fireball as a full-time endeavor since April 2006. His previous experience includes stints at Joyent, Bare Bones Software, and as a freelance web developer.
He lives in Philadelphia with his wife and son.
